The Role As a Solar Consultant, you'll guide homeowners through the solar decision process from education to close. This is a consultative, trust-based sales role supported by strong marketing, trusted financial partners, and proven systems. What You 'll Do * Educate homeowners on solar savings, incentives, ROI, and system performance * Conduct in-home sales consultations * Present customized solar solutions (Cash, PPA, Loan) * Build, manage, and advance your pipeline using our CRM and marketing tools * Confidently negotiate and close sales while delivering a pressure-free experience * Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth installs and great customer outcomes Who We 're Looking For * 2+ years of B2C sales experience (solar, home improvement, real estate, or consultative sales preferred) * Experience with lead generation, presentations, negotiation, and closing * Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently * Tech-savvy and organized with CRM and digital tools * Solar experience is a plus--but top sales talent is what matters most What We Offer * 1099 or W2 Employment - Base salary + uncapped commission * 6-Figure Income Potential - Achievable with 1-2 deals per month * Full Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance (W2 only) * Hybrid Flexibility - Work remotely and locally * All Tools Provided - CRM, marketing support, and sales resources * Career Growth - Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities * A company culture that values integrity, performance, and long-term success Ready to Build a Career That Pays --and Matters?
