Wedding Sales Consultant Paradise Village HotelRestaurant is home to the beautiful Paradise Village Venue , a newly designed wedding and event space nestled in the Ashford mountains with breathtaking views and capacity for ceremonies and receptions of up to 300 guests. We offer couples a unique, memorable setting just minutes from Mount Rainier National Park and a full range of services, including on- site catering and overnight accommodations. Wedding Venue - Paradise Village We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Wedding Sales Consultant to join our team on a commission-based compensation structure. This role will focus on selling our wedding packages, building relationships with engaged couples, and helping grow bookings through both inbound and outbound efforts. The role is hybrid , with opportunities to work remotely and on-site for tours and client meetings. What You'll Do * Respond to inquiries from engaged couples and wedding planners * Conduct venue tours (in-person or virtual) to showcase our space and packages * Present wedding packages, pricing, and options in a clear and compelling way * Build strong relationships and guide clients through the booking process * Follow up on leads, nurture prospects, and close sales * Collaborate with venue operations and catering to coordinate client needs * Represent the venue professionally at bridal shows and industry events when needed CompensationSchedule * Commission-based pay with competitive rates that reward performance * Hybrid/remote work with required in-person client meetings and tours * Flexible schedule with availability for evenings/weekends as needed What We're Looking For * Strong sales skills with a passion for relationship building * Experience in wedding/event sales, hospitality, or related fields preferred * Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills * Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and follow up consistently * Must be able to travel to Ashford, WA for the venue tours * Professional demeanor and ability to represent our venue with confidence * Familiarity with CRM or booking systems is a plus * Willingness to attend bridal shows or local events
