About the Role We're looking for outgoing, motivated Retail Solar Sales Associates to join our team. You'll work inside high-traffic retail locations, engaging shoppers, educating them about new solar programs, and setting appointments for no-cost solar consultations. No prior solar experience is required -- we'll train you.
