* Develop and manage annual account plans and business review processes to identify sales opportunities, develop detailed objectives, and tailored account specific profiles. * Responsible for monitoring and assisting in compliance with all Company Product Freshness/Rotation Policy standards in all General Market accounts. * Maintain working relationships with Territory Managers and Sales Representatives by timely communication, ride widths, team sells, attending promotions, and collecting customer feedback. * Provide industry and general business direction by participating in Sales planning meetings, forecasting and special project teams. * Sets all monthly Sales Incentives for General Market and report, track and check for completion of same. * Meet monthly with Territory Managers and establish sales objectives and incentives. * Develop sales strategies plans for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Manages assigned subordinates in the Sales Department and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation all employees that work in the General Market. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assisting and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and solving problems.
