Responsibilities * Assist in scheduling and conducting property showings for prospective buyers and renters * Provide detailed information about properties and answer client inquiries during showings * Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure smooth and timely property tours * Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback * Support marketing efforts by preparing properties for showings and open houses * Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and enhance their experience * Assist with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management Qualifications * Proven experience in real estate showing assistance or a related customer service role * Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and local neighborhoods * We offer training, systems, and support to give you the tools to succeed * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members * Ability to manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and provide timely follow-ups * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities * Proficient with real estate software, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office Suite * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to property showings * Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a dynamic real estate team * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed * High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications or training is a plus * Valid real estate license is required About-our-team Our Collective Philosophy We are redefining what success looks like in our industry.
