Inside Sales Represenative *DO NOT CALL, DO NOT COME TO THE OFFICE, ONLY EMAILED RESUMES WILL BE CONSIDERED Eagle Access Control Systems, Inc. in Sylmar CA, is looking for a proven Sales Representative to identify and build a customer base to enhance the company's overall sales revenue. Job Duties: * Answer incoming sales calls * Source out new distributors and dealers nationwide * Maintain sales revenue expectations as demanded by CEO and CFO * Contact inactive customers and initiate sales orders * Candidates may be asked to visit existing and new Distributors * Perform administrative and office support activities Qualifications: * Must have a minimum of 5+ years of direct sales, indirect sales and business development experience * Must be Self-Managed and be able to source out sales leads independently using Chrome and CRM system (Quickbooks) * Must be able to meet monthly goals as set by the CEO and CFO * Must be 100% proficient with Chrome, Outlook, Excel, and Word * Must have excellent communication skills in English; Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus * Must be able to handle high call volumes and heavy workloads * Must be willing to learn full product line and understand product functionality * Ability to be a team player and work with various team members * Must be able to be willing to assist other departments as needed * Must have reliable vehicle, no exceptions Compensation: Salary DOE + Commission Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * Mileage reimbursement * Travel reimbursement Work Location: In person
