Full description of the position

Overview: Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager to join ourFramingham, MA office. We are passionate about our clients' success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support on personal insurance needs, policy renewals, claims, and updates * Review and analyze clients' current policies, recommending tailored coverage solutions to best fit their individual needs * Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products, enhancing client protection and agency growth * Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience * Actively contribute to new business sales efforts, acquiring new personal lines policies and earning commission-based incentives * Stay current on industry trends and policy changes to provide informed, up-to-date guidance to clients * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support agency success Qualifications: * 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience * Valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty License, preferred * Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Proficiency with agency management software; Applied Epic experience preferred Additional Information: This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
