Responsibilities * Counter Sales - Customer Service - Inside Sales * Handling customer pick-ups and returns * Inventory Control * E-Commerce accounts * Administrative Duties DESIRED SKILLS: * Bilingual * Minimum one year of proven customer service experience * Warehouse experience/exposure is required * Cold calling prospective customers * Computer skills such as MS office, etc. a definite asset * Clear communication and effective listening skills * Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette * Strong math skills * Building Supply / Construction industry experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Monthly Commission Bonuses * Monday - Friday (No weekends) * 7:30am - 4:30pm (No nights) * 8:00am - 5:00pm (No nights) Application Question(s): * Are you able to speak and comprehend Spanish?
