The Role We are seeking a high-energy leader to run one of our premier multispecialty locations. You do not need prior dental experience. We have a centralized team of experts to handle clinical technicalities, allowing you to focus on the "human" side of the business. We need a leader who can manage a small team, optimize a busy schedule, and help patients navigate their treatment and financial options. What You 'll Do * Team Leadership: Mentor and hold a team of 5+ clinical and administrative staff members accountable to high service standards and our core values. * Patient Consulting: Act as the primary advisor for patients, explaining treatment plans provided by our doctors and coordinating financial solutions to ensure patients get the care they need. * Operational Growth: Analyze office performance data to maximize productivity, minimize wait times, and manage labor costs. * Patient Advocacy: Resolve patient issues with benevolence and ensure every patient leaves as an advocate for the Zak Dental brand. Qualifications * 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager, Hotel Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role. * Direct experience managing a team of 5 or more people. * Proven track record in a high-volume, "customer-centric" sales or service environment. * Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems "on the fly." * A passion for mentorship and driving personal and professional growth.
