: Urgently Hiring: Inside Sales Representative We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and entry- level candidates who are eager to grow their careers in sales.(Japanese Language skill is a plus) Position Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communications via phone, email, and online meetings
• Reach out to prospective customers (leads) and conduct follow-up activities
• Identify customer needs and clarify business challenges
• Explain and propose products and services to customers
• Prepare and send quotations and sales proposals
• Coordinate and confirm terms toward closing, including pricing and delivery schedules
• Enter and maintain customer information and interaction records in CRM systems

Experienced Candidates (Forwarder Experience Required)

• Prior experience in freight forwarding or related logistics industry
• Hourly Rate: $28 - $29 Entry-Level Candidates (No Experience Required)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
