Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Licensed in office Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to analyze market trends, remarket renewals, and negotiate effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to building relationships and driving growth in the insurance sector. Responsibilities * Manage and maintain existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling additional insurance products. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Handling renewals and quotes for new business for both small commercial and personal lines. Make changes to policies, taking payments, cross sell existing clients, and retention. Work closely with agency staff with audits, reports, and servicing customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. Requirements * P & C licensing is required, and 3 years insurance experience required. * Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or retail sales environments. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Experience in outside sales is highly desirable. * Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions. * Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * A strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
