Position Summary: CasaBella Furniture is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers warmly and determine their furniture needs and preferences. * Provide knowledgeable assistance on product features, styles, and customization options. * Drive sales through product recommendations and upselling. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. * Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and create a positive work environment. * Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies. Requirements: * Must be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). * Previous retail or furniture sales experience preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed. * Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems. * High school diploma or equivalent.
