Job Title: Leasing Agent and Real Estate Field Specialist Looking specifically for agents living in Kenosha, Racine, or Waukesha counties. Please do not apply if you do not live in one of these counties Reports to: Leasing Manager Position Summary Performance Asset Management is looking for reliable, professional Real Estate Field This is a flexible, field-based role ideal for individuals who are detail- oriented, self-motivated, and interested in real estate. Whether you're looking to gain hands-on experience or want to earn supplemental income on your schedule, this opportunity offers location-based assignments and performance-based pay. As a Real Estate Field Specialist, you'll play a key role in representing PAM properties by conducting property showings , inspections , and submitting maintenance-related work orders in your assigned area. Key Responsibilities * Conduct property showings for rental units in your assigned area * Perform scheduled property inspections with accuracy and attention to detail * Submit work orders for any maintenance issues observed during inspections or showings * Serve as a professional, knowledgeable representative of PAM during all field visits * Communicate timely feedback and updates to the internal leasing and property management teams * Ensure a positive and informative experience for prospective residents during showings Compensation * Choose between a 40% commission option, or * pay by inspection and showing ($25 per completed showing & $40 per completed inspection) * Pay is issued on a biweekly basis * Agents are responsible for tracking and invoicing all completed showings and inspections, and submitting this to payroll for processing * Agents are classified as 1099 independent contractors Requirements * Must live in one of the following service areas: Kenosha, Racine, or Waukesha County * Must have prior experience conducting leasing showings and inspections. * Reliable personal transportation * Strong communication, punctuality, and professionalism * Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently * Highly competent, independent, and super organized * Ideal for individuals who are: * Detail-oriented and dependable * Interested in real estate or property management * Looking for flexible, part-time, task-based income About Performance Asset Management At Performance Asset Management, we help real estate investors achieve consistent, stress-free income by managing properties with precision, care, and a long-term mindset.
