This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with clients, and has a passion for sales and wellness. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing leads, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. What You 'll Do * Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and virtual consultations * Make outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and long-term relationships * Conduct consultative sales calls to educate potential clients on our services and products * Address client questions, close sales, and ensure high client satisfaction * Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems and Zenoti, including prompt follow-ups and appointment scheduling Educate clients on financing options to make their aesthetic goals attainable * What We 're Looking For * Experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management * Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment * Experience in wellness, aesthetics, or medical spa industries is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use Ability to lift up to 15 pounds * Compensation & Benefits * Competitive Pay: $52k-$60k (hourly base plus commission, 5% of package sales and $10 per booking) * Health & Wellness Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match * Professional Growth: Structured training, leadership development, and clear advancement path Hiring Process * Within 24 hours, A live team member will reach out to all licensed applicants. * Within 48 hours: We'll schedule an in-person interview * Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete
