Sales Manager - Luxury Spa Compensation: $3,000 monthly base pay + commission Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Step into a high-energy sales role at one of our luxury spa locations. As a Sales Manager, your primary focus is driving revenue by selling treatments and packages, upselling, and cross-selling directly to clients after their sessions. You'll also align and support your sales team to ensure daily sales goals are met, creating a client experience that encourages repeat visits and maximizes results. What You'll Do * Lead the sales team to achieve daily sales quotas * Sell, upsell, and cross-sell premium spa treatments and packages * Engage with clients after treatments to enhance their experience and maximize sales * Use the CRM system to track scheduled clients and maintain accurate records * Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best * Optionally travel to support other spa locations, with all travel expenses covered by the company Who We're Looking For * Any sales experience qualifies, whether entry-level or seasoned (2 months experience is acceptable) * Basic understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques * Eager, motivated, and results-driven personality * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional and client-focused demeanor * Willingness to grow into a Travel Sales Manager role and visit multiple locations across the US What We Offer * $3,000 monthly base salary + commission with no earning cap * Opportunities to grow into a Travel Sales Manager position * Training and ongoing support to maximize your sales skills * Employee discounts on spa services * Travel opportunities across our 30 locations in the US, fully covered * Growth potential with high earning possibilities through commission About the Company We are a premium luxury spa brand with 30 locations across the United States.
