Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right vehicles to meet their needs. Your expertise in sales and negotiation will play a crucial role in driving sales success and fostering long-term relationships with customers. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and meet targets. * Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential buyers. * Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process. * Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and marketing initiatives. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. * Assist in inventory management and control, ensuring vehicles are well-presented. * Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience. * Deliver presentations and engage in public speaking to promote vehicle features. * Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and support efforts. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or retail industry. * Familiarity with high-end sales techniques and customer service excellence. * Previous dealership experience is a plus, along with knowledge of automobile sales processes. * Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory control and retail math effectively. * Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to engage customers professionally. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
