We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate to join our front desk team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our spa, guiding clients toward treatments and products that fit their unique needs while building lasting connections. What You 'll Do * Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression * Guide guests through scheduling treatments, memberships, and product purchases * Support the front desk team with scheduling, payments, and checkouts * Meet and exceed daily sales goals (without the pushy sales vibe) Maintain a calm, spa-like atmosphere while keeping things running smoothly What We Offer * $13 -$16/hour + bonus + tips * Employee spa services & product discounts * Flexible scheduling (full or part-time) * Supportive, team-focused environment--no high-pressure sales Career growth opportunities in the spa & wellness industry What We 're Looking For * A people person who loves connecting with clients * Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable with computers & booking software * Prior sales or spa/wellness experience a plus (but not required--we'll train the right person!) * Elevate the Guest Experience: Connect clients with treatments and products they'll love while guiding memberships, scheduling, and follow-ups to support sales goals.
