Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs * Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing * Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction * Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized * Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting inventory counts * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining phone etiquette during inquiries Skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual environment if applicable * Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions * Supervising experience is a plus for leadership responsibilities or team support roles * Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management efficiently * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales performance while ensuring customer needs are met Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
