OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dependable and professional Showing Agent to assist with property showings for our rental homes in Cleveland. This flexible, commission-based role is ideal for someone looking to earn extra income without the added responsibilities of tenant communication, screening, or paperwork. Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct scheduled property showings for prospective tenants.
• Arrive on time, unlock the property, and provide brief details about the home.
• Secure the property after each showing. What We Handle:
• Tenant communication and inquiries
• Scheduling all showings
• Application processing and tenant screening
• Lease agreements and documentation

Requirements

• Time management skills
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
• Professionalism during showings

Compensation

: Commission-Based per Successful Tenant Placement For each successful tenant placement, you 'd earn a commission of one-third of a month's rent.
