Highly organized and experienced real estate transaction manager to oversee all aspects of BRE real estate transactions from inception to completion within designated portion of BRE portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple cross functional stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring that BRE real estate transactions are completely efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal requirements and EDJ company standards. Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
