SALES MANAGER - LOS ANGELES, CA Roche Bobois is one of the largest and most famous contemporary European furniture companies. Roche Bobois is a high-end French furniture and home decor company known for its luxury, contemporary, and customizable designs. The North American branch operates 35 stores. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our LA showroom and support the showroom manager in delivering a seamless, elevated customer journey while driving sales and leading a highperforming team. Sales : * To welcome and greet clients. * Drive and develop the sales goal for the Los Angeles showroom. * To guarantee high end customer service in stores, via phone, and through email communications. * Coordinate meetings with team to evaluate and manage the performance, efficiency, and productivity of leads/quotes, and month sales objectives. * Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training sales and design team. * Provide support to house calls when required. * To know and apply Roche Bobois signatures program. * Assist the sales team in following up with leads in a professional manner. * To organize regular products training (weekly/bi-weekly) and promote quickship program. * Ensure company sales techniques and values are implemented and consistently used instore. * Work on developing a network with high end designers, VIP clientele, and professionals in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and the Showroom Manager. * Implement and train the sales team in strategies to capture high-end clientele and to close deals effectively. * Analyze sales and suggest store orders to the Commercial Manager and showroom manager. * Coordinate with marketing department to represent the brand at VIP events, private events, and brand awareness activities. Factory Purchases Follow Up : * Send, confirm and track factory purchases for client orders. * Coordinate with logistics to track factory purchases for clients. * Ensure sales team provides all necessary information in the system and follows up with the factory. 3D Designer : * Supervising the 3D rendering projects to ensure high quality results and completion in timely manner. * Ensuring the quality of rendering aligns with the brand image and standards. Admin/Back Office : * Coordinate with the customer service department to resolve potential issues with our customer using internal processes. * To guarantee the correct and accurate data entry of orders in Ecolix with admin support. * To ensure allocation of stock items in and out of the showrooms with admin support. Qualifications : * 3 plus years of experience in high end retail industry. * 2 plus years of experience in sales - preferably in furniture. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong creativity skills. * Strong social skills to build relationships. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients. * Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 20/20 software.
