As an Automotive Sales Specialist you will play a crucial role in our team by facilitating the sale of New and Pre-owned vehicles to our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car purchase process. JOB TITLE*:* Automotive Sales Specialist REPORTS TO*:* Sales Manager LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH *A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, taking test drives. * Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile. * Provides sales management information after completing sale. * Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. * Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers. * Must have good listening skills, verbal communication and telephone skills.
