Job Overview Premier Sims is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Luxury Golf Simulator Sales Consultant (5-Star Sales Pro) to join our growing team. This role is focused on engaging high-end residential clients, builders, developers, golf facilities, and commercial partners to promote and sell state-of-the-art golf simulation and immersive Audio/Video environments. This is an outside, consultative sales role in a premium market segment. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B and luxury sales experience, exceptional presentation skills, and a genuine passion for golf, technology, and luxury lifestyle products. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic business development, territory management, and personalized product demonstrations. About Premier Sims Premier Sims designs and installs custom luxury golf simulators and mixed- media environments for high-net-worth homeowners, golf communities, builders, and commercial venues. Our projects routinely range from $50,000 to $250,000+, integrating elite golf technology with premium Audio/Video, automation, and architectural design. This is not transactional sales. This is high-ticket, relationship-driven luxury consulting. Premium Launch Monitors We Install You will confidently represent and sell industry-leading golf simulator technology, including Trackman, Uneekor and Skytrak systems. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting luxury homeowners, builders, golf courses, country clubs, and commercial venues * Conduct engaging in-home, showroom, and on-site product demonstrations showcasing premium golf simulators and AV integrations * Generate new leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and B2B outreach * Manage and grow an assigned territory through proactive prospecting and consistent follow-up * Maintain and expand existing accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities * Utilize CRM software (Salesforce or similar) to track activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress * Negotiate contracts and close high-value projects by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions * Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience * Provide white-glove customer service throughout the sales cycle to build long-term relationships * Stay current on golf technology trends, AV advancements, and competitive offerings Who We 're Looking For You are: * Passionate about golf and Audio/Video technology * Comfortable selling high-ticket luxury solutions * Polished, confident, and articulate with high-net-worth clientele * Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven * Skilled at selling experience and value, not price * Able to manage your territory like a business Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical product sales within luxury or high-end markets * Strong background in business development, account management, and territory growth * Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools * Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated success in lead generation via cold calling, networking, and direct outreach * Knowledge of luxury marketing or technology sales is a plus * Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities and optimize strategy * Customer-service mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building * Passion for golf, sports technology, or luxury lifestyle brands required Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000 (DOE) * Commission: Paid on gross sales revenue (not net profit) * Tiered commission structure rewarding performance and volume * Quarterly and annual performance bonuses * Uncapped earning potential * Strong inbound leads and strategic partnerships * Supportive design, operations, and installation team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In personPremier Golf Sims
