Entrepreneurial Growth Marketer (Internship or Early Career Full-Time) Location: Downtown Durham, North Carolina (with flexible arrangements, but some on-site work required)Position Type: Open to both part-time interns and full-time junior professionals About Unboxed Ventures: At Unboxed Ventures and Unboxed Venture Studios, we're all about breaking the mold. Based in the heart of downtown Durham, North Carolina, we're not your typical product company or venture firm. Instead, we run a venture studio where marketing and growth are as diverse and creative as the projects we take on. Role Overview: We're seeking a Growth Marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is open to students looking for a part-time internship as well as early-career professionals seeking a full-time position. You'll have a chance to come on-site in Durham part of the time while also enjoying some flexibility to work remotely. What You 'll Do: * Diverse Marketing Tasks: Engage in everything from early-stage customer discovery and market research to testing prototypes and gathering feedback. * Build and Optimize Funnels: Work on crafting marketing funnels that might include content, community outreach, paid ads, and more, driving traffic to landing pages and converting leads into customers. * Experiment and Adapt: Be ready to wear multiple hats and try out different growth strategies, learning along the way. What We 're Looking For: * Someone with a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and a bit of hands-on marketing experience (even if that experience comes from school projects or personal initiatives). * A learner who's excited to experiment, iterate, and tackle a variety of challenges.
