The Responsibilities of an Account Associate Involve: * Engaging directly with customers to present and promote client products and services. * Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions to drive sales and achieve targets. * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up. * Accurately processing sales orders and managing customer accounts. * Participating in ongoing training sessions alongside fellow Account Associates to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. * Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. * Providing post-sale support and resolving any customer inquiries or issues to ensure satisfaction. The Qualities we seek from an Account Associate Include: * Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, hospitality, or sales (preferred) * A Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant course * Strong communication and people skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Self-motivated and thrives in a commission-based environment * Works effectively, even under intense pressure * Reliable transportation is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
