Job Summary This is not like every other roofing ad. Because I am not like every other roofing company. I'm Jared Lichtin, the owner of Radiant Roofing. I'm looking for motivated sales reps ("killers" only) to join my team in Northeast Ohio. Yes, it's 100% commission, and yes, you can make a lot of money selling roofing. But I'm not going to sugar coat things.. You have to work hard. If you want something "easy" just x out of this window and apply somewhere else. Generally speaking, you should make 75-150k in your first year. 2nd and 3rd year you can make a lot more, especially when it storms. But you have to work for an ethical company with a good brand, good reputation, insurance industry knowledge, and knows how to generate leads. That's what I've built. Here's a bit about my background... I've sold 12 million plus in roofing since I started as a sales rep in 2020. I was the top sales rep at two different companies, and I've worked wind and hail storms all across Northeast Ohio. Then in 2024 it was the right time for me, so I went out on my own and started Radiant Roofing. I'm writing this as a guy who dominated roof sales, every single year. I've succeeded because of several reasons... I know how to spend money on marketing, generate referral business, talk to strangers, and help homeowners with insurance claims. But most importantly... I work hard. I am willing to wake up earlier, make more phone calls, and knock more doors. I'm willing to have uncomfortable conversations, push through objections, work until dark, drive farther, and jump on the roofs that nobody else is willing to jump on. That's the mentality that you have to have to be a killer. I am seeking two (2) motivated individuals to join my team, and get trained by me. Doesn't matter if you're younger. My first sales rep I hired is 20. But I am only looking for one, maybe two more. No, you don't have to have experience in roof sales. You don't need a degree, or any experience selling, really. But you do have to have strong communication skills, patience, and time in your schedule to sell. And you do need... * To be at least 18 years of age * Drive a vehicle (truck preferably, but not a requirement. I sold a million my first year out of a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. So you can too) * A Drivers License * Car Insurance * Ability to lift 40 lbs * Be comfortable on ladders and walking roofs * Big plus if you speak Spanish, but not required Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Knock doors & build relationships. * Be available to sell, especially in evenings. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking. * Provide exceptional customer service & communication. * Keep track of leads & follow up with them through the pipeline. * Structure and complete contracts with customers. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and performance. * Participate in inside sales activities, including sales role play, trainings, and product demonstrations. * Achieve individual sales targets & contribute to overall team goals. Skills * Proficiency in software applications. (I will train you, and it's not hard) * Strong understanding of sales principles, including retail and insurance. (Again, I will train you) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work in a team environment, while also being self-motivated. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Physically fit, with the ability to lift a ladder and walk roofs. Compensation * 100% Commission. You get paid on what you sell. Uncapped earning potential. * Tiered Bonuses. As you hit milestones throughout the year you will be paid bonuses. * Team bonuses. Training & Mentorship You will personally be trained by me. A lot of roofing companies just throw you out there. Hey kid, here's an iPad, go sell me some roofs. That's not how we do things. You'll be in the truck with me for a few weeks, and go through a daily video training program with the team. It's structured for a reason to get you self sufficient so you can start making money faster. We'll train every morning in the office, do some sales role play, and get you 100% confident in your skill set. You will not feel unprepared when you're ready to go out on your own.
