Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Order and Invoicing Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities * Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using company systems * Generate and send invoices to customers promptly * Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, and product information * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order fulfillment aligns with customer expectations * Maintain organized records of transactions, invoices, and customer communications * Assist in resolving billing discrepancies or issues with customers or internal teams * Support the onboarding of new clients by providing necessary documentation and information * Contribute to continuous improvement of order processing workflows and customer service standards Experience * Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred * Familiarity with order management systems or invoicing software is a plus * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting This position is integral to maintaining smooth sales operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
