Location: Orlando, FL (In-Office) Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation: Training Pay ($600 a/week), then straight commission (profit-share); $72,000-$280,000/yr. Position Overview We are seeking highly motivated, articulate, and intelligent individuals to join our Orlando, FL sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with inbound leads, guiding customers through the buying process, addressing objections, and closing deals. This is an in-office position , perfect for individuals who thrive in a competitive, high-energy sales environment. What You 'll Do: * Engage & Qualify Leads - Handle inbound inquiries from homeowners and businesses interested in steel buildings. * Consultative Selling - Educate prospects on our products, warranties, and exclusive promotions. * Create Urgency & Close Deals - Use effective sales strategies to encourage quick decision-making. * Follow Up & Manage Pipeline - Utilize our CRM system to track leads, follow up strategically, and maintain detailed notes. * Profit-Based Commission Structure - Earn commissions based on the profit of each sale (profit-sharing model). What We 're Looking For: Sales-Driven Mindset - You enjoy the challenge of selling and persuading customers. Strong Communication Skills - You're articulate, professional, and can think on your feet. CRM Experience - Familiarity with lead-tracking software is required. No Degree Required - We value intelligence, work ethic, and sales ability over formal education.
