Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Smith Sawmill Service is a multi-state manufacturing company that provides services and products that are designed around the ever-changing sawmills, chip mills, paper mills, and pallet manufactures. We are one of the largest saw manufacturing facilities in the country and an exciting place to grow your career. We are currently looking for a full-time, highly skilled, motivated Inside Customer Service/Inside Sales Representitive to join our team in our Timpson TX location The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Sourcing new sales opportunities from incoming leads and attentive follow up. * Growing and Maintaining Current accounts. * Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. * Anticipates customer needs and requirements. * Team with outside sales partners to build customer relationships and close deals and achieve quarterly quotas. * Works to support the outside sales team by entering orders, gathering information and entering quotations. * Daily maintenance of Route Account: printing documents for delivery, ensuring correct pricing and accurate documentation and ensuring account policy is followed. * Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: * At least one-year previous inside sales experience required. * Strong phone presence, with the ability to take customer orders accurately and professionally. * Proficient Organization Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. * Efficient and professional email etiquette. * Drug test required for employment.
