J ob Title: Sales Gym Membership/Management Assistant Location: Hardcore Fitness Downtown LA Job Overview: Hardcore Fitness Downtown LA is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Gym Membership Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in sales, and be comfortable with cold calling and giving tours of our facility. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service to all potential and current members. - Conduct cold calls to prospective members and follow up on leads. - Give tours of the facility to prospective members, highlighting our services and benefits. - Assist in processing membership sales and inquiries. - Maintain a positive and welcoming environment in the gym. - Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and goals. Qualifications: - Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the fitness industry. - Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
