Job Description

: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to oversee commercial property management operations while focusing on selling third- party property management services. This role is a unique blend of business development and team leadership, with 80% of the responsibilities dedicated to selling services and 20% focused on managing a team of 8 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead the sales efforts for third-party property management services, targeting new business opportunities and expanding client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial property management team, ensuring efficiency, high-quality service, and optimal performance.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for 8 direct reports, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee property management operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, and tenant relations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting tailored property management solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans for growth and profitability.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong track record in selling property management services.
• Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Local to Raleigh, with the ability to work in a hybrid remote schedule. CALCON Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
