Earn $18.00 to $23.00 Per Hour DOE (Full-Time) * Full-Time Schedule: 38-42 hours per week * Our office is open Mon-Sat from 9am to 7pm and Sundays from 10am to 5pm * Schedule flexibility, as well as Weekend availability a MUST JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will be a positive, energetic, motivated employee with strong sales skills/customer service skills and experience , as well as solid computer and cash handling skills. Must excel at multi-tasking in a high paced work environment. Light bookkeeping duties and good office experience would be helpful. Candidates should have strong in person and phone skills to show and rent units, assist customers, help keep customers current on rent and make collection calls as necessary. Candidates should be in good physical condition and be able to walk around a very large commercial property assisting with property inspections. Candidates must possess an ability to succeed in an independent work environment and be a team player within a very diverse work environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and Excel * Good writing and communication skills* Strong employment history with verifiable references Attention to detail and accuracy* Reliable vehicle*Applicants must be available to work weekends and accommodate closing shifts (7pm Monday-Sat and 5 pm on Sunday) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.04 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * On-the-job training * Paid time off Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
