As a Staffing Business Development Specialist, your primary role will be to expand our staffing partnerships and drive revenue growth. Your position is dedicated to developing new client relationships, identifying staffing needs within the workforce solutions industry, and making sales. Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year + Unlimited Commission Potential

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business through outside sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, client visits, and local networking
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client decision-makers
