Become a full-time HVAC Sales Rep - Comfort Advisor with Absolute Heating and Air in Morgantown, WV today! Typical availability is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but to best serve homeowners, some evening and weekend appointments will be required based on customer needs. Your job as an HVAC Sales Rep - Comfort Advisor? Help homeowners envision and build the HVAC system of their dreams-and then bring that vision to life. You'll work closely with clients to understand their comfort needs, energy concerns, and air quality goals. You'll recommend intelligent, tailored solutions-from filtration upgrades to duct cleaning to energy-saving enhancements-and guide them through available rebates, tax incentives, and long-term benefits. Whether it's tackling hot/cold spots or educating on system efficiency, you're their trusted advisor. This isn't just sales-it's comfort consulting with a purpose! * QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: * 2 years of sales experience * Ability to educate homeowners about new systems and their benefits * Physical ability to access attics, small crawl spaces, and sometimes roofs * Advanced digital and technological skills * Strong communication skills * Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with digital CRM dispatching * Experience offering financing * Experience running a 10-step sales process * Experience with load calculation (manual J) for heat loss or gain on the home In-home sales experience is nice, but not required.
