Our Comfort Consultants play a key role in delivering a 5-star customer experience by actively listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the ideal solutions tailored to their home and lifestyle. Responsibilities * Build strong relationships with customers to recommend the best HVAC solutions for their needs * Develop and maintain key client connections to drive sales and close deals * Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed sales proposals to ensure a smooth handoff to the installation team * Empower customers to make informed decisions by providing transparent and comprehensive product and pricing information * Promote Earl's Heating and Air Conditioning by delivering exceptional service that inspires customer referrals * Become a local market expert by understanding the unique needs and preferences of customers in your market area Pay and benefits * Pay: Potential earnings: Up to $200,000/annually * Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm * No on call * Company supplied, take home vehicle * Weekly Paychecks * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Pet Insurance * Short-Term and Long-Term Disability * Employee Wellness * Up to Two weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) yearly * Paid Holidays * 401(k) plan with a 4% company match About Us: * At Earl's Heating & Air Conditioning, we have a saying -- "It's all a matter of pride!" Requirements: * 2-3 years' experience in Residential HVAC Installs or In Home Services * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style. * Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines. * Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending. * Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required. * Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors. * Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
