Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Realtor Associate to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the leasing process while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of the property management market, and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as they can enhance our service offerings to diverse clientele. Duties * Assist clients in renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and property values. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. * Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and showings. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms. * Maintain organized records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings. * Stay updated on property management laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in property management is a must. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. * Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and HUD programs. * Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is preferred but not required. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism.
