Sales Representative - W2, Paid Training, Base + Commission Sharonville, OH , - In-Store / Retail Setting Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Compensation: * Guaranteed base pay: $47,000 - $60,000 per year * Paid hourly training * Additional commission opportunities after training based on sales performance * Weekly pay About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to represent our client in high-traffic retail locations. This is not a desk job, you'll be actively engaging with customers, building brand awareness, and driving product sales. As a Sales Representative, you will: * Learn product knowledge during paid hourly training to effectively present features and benefits to customers * Engage with customers in a retail environment to promote our client's brand and products * Build rapport with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions * Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed weekly goals * Work closely with the retail team to maintain a professional and positive brand image * Track and report daily sales activities and results * Participate in ongoing coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge * Maintain compliance with all company and client guidelines * Assist with setting up displays and promotional materials in-store * Provide feedback from customers to the management team for continuous improvement Requirements: * Must be available to work weekends as part of a full-time schedule * Reliable transportation to and from the work location * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to stand for extended periods in a retail setting * Comfort with approaching customers and starting conversations * Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required--training provided * Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: * W2 employment status * Paid hourly training before moving to base + commission structure * Weekly pay * Career growth opportunities within sales and marketing * Supportive, high-energy team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid training Education: * Associate (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
