Inside Sales Representative *Bohemia, NY Location Dayton T. Brown, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team at our corporate headquarters in Bohemia, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Sales and Business Development within a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and learning the full sales life cycle-from prospecting and quoting to customer engagement and closing. This position offers strong potential for professional growth into a Business Development Manager role. Key Responsibilities * Assist the BDM team with day-to-day sales operations * Respond to and field incoming customer inquiries and calls * Follow up on quotes and track customer feedback * Schedule and coordinate customer visits and on-site tours * Support trade show and conference preparations * Maintain and update ERP and CRM systems to ensure all activities and communications are properly documented * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Marketing, Engineering, Contracts, etc.) The ideal candidate will need: * Minimum 2+ yr. associate's degree * 2+ yrs. experience in an inside sale and/or in a sales support role * Experience within a technical environment, a plus * Must be eage r andwilling to develop and learn the skills of the sales department, through attending formal training and being mentored by the experienced business development Team * Technical background is a PLUS As an employee of Dayton T Brown, Inc., you can expect a great working environment which provides security and opportunity to grow within the company, and much more, such as: * Tuition reimbursement * A stable, successful organization * Innovative work environment * Advancement potential * Private medical, vision, and dental insurance * Profit sharing, 401K with company match! * Work/Life balance and family values Dayton T.
