You will engage with clients to assess needs, introduce new products, and ensure exceptional service from start to finish. This role requires strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. Local travel is required. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Execute your weekly sales schedule and submit updates through the company CRM. * Open at least three new accounts monthly and deliver five full-line Euclid Program presentations. * Manage sales planning, forecasting, and weekly administrative tasks. * Generate new business through upselling, cold calls, sampling, and referrals. Client Service & Communication * Partner with customers as a trusted advisor, offering menu insights and consultative solutions. * Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery accuracy, coordinating with logistics and purchasing teams. * Maintain consistent follow-up via visits, calls, and emails to support long-term relationships. * Attend company and industry events as assigned. Collaboration & Reporting * Submit CRM reports daily and provide weekly and monthly updates to management. * Communicate effectively across departments, including logistics, fillet room, and retail. * Support seasonal sales efforts during peak business periods such as Lent and the holidays. Other Duties as Assigned * Assist with product tagging, credit pre-checks, and replenishing marketing materials as needed. What You Need to Succeed: Key Competencies: * Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools. * Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field--or equivalent experience. * Previous sales management and food industry experience preferred. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments when needed.
