We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance team. This role requires strong service skills, professionalism, and the ability to assist clients effectively--especially in the New York Automobile Insurance Plan (NYAIP). We're looking for experts who take pride in doing the right thing and delivering an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. * Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and policy requests in a professional, timely manner. * Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency. * Accurately perform data entry and maintain organized records. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills in every interaction. * Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members. * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products and services when appropriate. * Analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable insurance solutions. Requirements: * Previous customer service experience in insurance or a related field (required). * Strong communication skills--both verbal and written. * Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in data entry, computer systems, and office software. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. * Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to grow in the insurance industry.
