We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance team. This role requires strong service skills, professionalism, and the ability to assist clients effectively--especially in the New York Automobile Insurance Plan (NYAIP). We're looking for experts who take pride in doing the right thing and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and policy requests in a professional, timely manner.
• Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Accurately perform data entry and maintain organized records.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills in every interaction.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products and services when appropriate.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend the most suitable insurance solutions.

Requirements

:

• Previous customer service experience in insurance or a related field (required).
• Strong communication skills--both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data entry, computer systems, and office software.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
