About the Role

:

• We're looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. If you're a recent college graduate and have some prior sales experience, this is an incredible opportunity to join a high-growth environment with clear upward mobility.

Responsibilities

:

• Qualify and engage inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, and social platforms
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently
• Schedule product demos and support Account Executives with deal progression
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve lead quality and messaging
• Achieve and exceed monthly pipeline goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

:

• 1-3 years of sales or business development experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, competitive, and coachable mindset

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Prior healthcare, or tech sales experience is a plus
