Location: Santa Monica, CA (On-Site Only - No Remote) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time About the Position We are hiring Sales-Driven Account Managers with Some Mortgage or Real Estate Experience to join our West Los Angeles office. This is a SALES POSITION working Hot Leads and Live Transfers --no cold calling. You'll be trained to manage real estate finance transactions from start to finish while earning strong commissions and growing into a long-term career. Experience Required

• Some experience in mortgage or real estate required
• License NOT required

• Loan Officer Assistant
• Junior Loan Officer

• Relationship Manager What You 'll Do
• Work hot leads and live transfers provided daily
• Consult with clients on loan programs and financing options
• Qualify borrowers based on income, credit, and property details
• Guide clients through the loan process from application to funding
• Build and manage a personal client pipeline
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with processors and lending partners

Compensation

• Hourly pay + commissions during first 90 days
• Commission-based pay with guaranteed hourly base after 90 days
