Responsibilities * Partner with sales agents to guide clients on their journey to finding the perfect home * Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required * Provide detailed written feedback to sharpen and refine clients' home search * Write and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent and their clients * Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to purposeful lead generation * Be an active part of team events, masterminds, and training opportunities * Commit to weekly coaching, training sessions, and All Partner Calls * Leverage PLACE Technology to track tasks and stay accountable Qualifications * You're more than motivated--you're inspired.
