Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience * Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about features and benefits * Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure attractive and organized displays * Handle sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to increase sales * Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via online inquiries * Supervise team members when needed, supporting training and ensuring store operations run smoothly Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments with strong POS proficiency * Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings * Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, inventory counts, and sales calculations * Excellent communication skills in both bilingual settings (if applicable) and in person * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously * Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and basic grocery store operations * Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction * Familiarity with cashiering procedures, cash handling, and POS systems * Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional communication in a fast-paced environment This position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales expertise within a lively retail setting.
