Business Development Representative Trust20 - A Division of Gordon Food Service Hiring in partnership with Bridgeway Partners About Trust20 Trust20 is modernizing how restaurants and foodservice professionals approach safety, training, and certification. As a division of Gordon Food Service, we provide fully digital, easy-to-use solutions for Food Handler and Food Manager training, Food Protection Manager Exams, and Food Allergy certification. We combine deep industry expertise with a modern, customer-focused platform helping restaurants elevate their culture of safety and stay compliant with confidence. Position

Overview

The Business Development Representative is a field-based sales role responsible for growing Trust20's presence throughout your assigned territory. You'll be responsible for building relationships with local restaurants, introducing Trust20's training solutions, and developing a strong network within the hospitality community. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who thrives in a people-focused, on-the-go environment. Experience Level: 0-3 years Reports To: Sales Manager, Trust20 Territory : Cleveland (West) What You 'll Do

  • Visit restaurants and foodservice businesses in your territory to introduce Trust20 solutions
  • Build relationships with owners, managers, and key decision-makers
  • Conduct outreach via calls and emails to schedule meetings and follow-ups
  • Deliver brief presentations on Trust20's training and certification offerings
  • Maintain accurate notes, activity, and pipeline updates in the CRM
  • Strengthen brand visibility by engaging with the local restaurant community Who Thrives in This Role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Restaurant or foodservice background is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate a CRM and manage territory activity
