Overview
The Business Development Representative is a field-based sales role responsible for growing Trust20's presence throughout your assigned territory. You'll be responsible for building relationships with local restaurants, introducing Trust20's training solutions, and developing a strong network within the hospitality community. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who thrives in a people-focused, on-the-go environment. Experience Level: 0-3 years Reports To: Sales Manager, Trust20 Territory : Cleveland (West) What You 'll Do
- Visit restaurants and foodservice businesses in your territory to introduce Trust20 solutions
- Build relationships with owners, managers, and key decision-makers
- Conduct outreach via calls and emails to schedule meetings and follow-ups
- Deliver brief presentations on Trust20's training and certification offerings
- Maintain accurate notes, activity, and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Strengthen brand visibility by engaging with the local restaurant community Who Thrives in This Role

Preferred Qualifications
- 0-3 years of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Restaurant or foodservice background is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate a CRM and manage territory activity
