Counter Sales Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service at the counter by assisting contractors and walk-in customers with product selection and order processing. * Accurately enter orders, prepare invoices, and process payments in a fast-paced environment. * Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and lead times. * Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Maintain organized counter and customer service areas while supporting overall branch operations. * Build strong relationships with repeat customers by delivering reliable service and solutions. Schedule: * Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:30pm Pay: * $19-$21 DOE Counter Sales / Customer Service Requirements: * Previous counter sales, customer service, or inside sales experience, preferably in construction or industrial environments. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. * Basic computer skills for order entry and invoicing systems. * Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and work as part of a team.
