Customer Service & Sales Support Representative We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Rep to support our sales and production team in a fast-paced environment. This role requires follow-up, follow-up, follow-up , strong organization, and excellent attention to detail. There is a high volume of paperwork and digital files, so accuracy and consistency matter. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat * Guide customers through orders and revisions * Follow up with leads and customers until there is a clear outcome * Assist with closing sales (commission available) * Update QuickBooks Online, DocuSign, and CRM tools * Download, save, organize, and move files accurately What We're Looking For * Great communication skills. Likes people. Has a minimum of 2 years in SALES. * Strong grammar and professional writing skills * Excellent attention to detail (lots of dotting i's and crossing t's) * Comfortable following direction and executing tasks accurately * Solid computer skills (file management is a must) * Willing and motivated to follow Grant Cardone sales and follow-up training * Reliable, focused, and production-minded * Team player willing to help where needed Bonus (Not Required) * Experience in the event industry, film industry, or signage business * Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, DocuSign, or CRM systems Ideal Candidate * Lives nearby and has a reliable car * Organized, dependable, and detail-driven * Takes pride in follow-through and accuracy Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
