Description We're an independent energy sales organization based in Simi Valley , contracted with two of the top-rated solar installers in Southern California. We're selectively hiring 1 -2 experienced sales professionals with a background in face-to-face homeowner sales who are looking for a higher ceiling and long-term opportunity. Solar experience is NOT required. If you've sold HVAC, roofing, windows, alarms, remodeling, or similar in-home services, this role will translate quickly. What the role looks like * Meet homeowners in person * We have confirmed, qualified appointments available for proven reps * Typical volume is 1 -2 appointments per day, with the ability to increase based on performance * Reps who aren't immediately ready for full appointment volume start by building skill, confidence, and momentum. Access increases as results show This is a professional, in-home sales role , not a call center or retail position.
