Rhino-Back Roofing Is Growing! We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our high-energy sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers who've already expressed interest in our roofing services! Your mission is simple: follow up with warm leads, build trust, and book free roof inspections for our sales team. Work Schedule: * Tuesday-Friday: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM * Saturday: 8:30 AM-3:00 PM * Sunday & Monday: OFF The Job - 100% In Office Generous Base Salary + Commissions * Engage & Follow Up - Call, text, and email warm leads who've requested info about roof inspections or quotes. * Build Trust & Educate - Listen to customer needs and explain the value of Rhino-Back's award-winning roofing services (we'll train you!). * Book Appointments - Schedule customers for their free roof inspections with our outside sales team. * Stay Organized - Use our CRM to track activity, set reminders, and follow up with potential customers. * Own Your Success - Make 150+ outbound calls daily to maximize results, refine your communication skills, and boost your earnings. What We 're Looking For * No roofing or construction experience needed! * 1-3+ years in sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred. * Excellent communication skills -- friendly, confident, and professional. * A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. * Comfortable using phone, text, and CRM systems (we'll train you!). * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
